UPDATE: Maxtec Lead Times During COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer,

Maxtec is currently experiencing a lead time of approximately 6-8 weeks for our core products. At this time, all products are built-to-order on a first come first serve basis.

As you may already know, Maxtec products directly take part in the battle against COVID-19. We are experiencing higher than normal order volumes, but our team is doing a fantastic job building parts for our customers. To meet our 6-8 week lead time, we have significantly increased our manufacturing capacity by adding resources, working additional overtime shifts, and purchasing equipment to expand our manufacturing and testing capabilities to support additional production of our core products. We have also been working tirelessly with our vendors to expedite components to support the demands for our products. Maxtec understands your needs and patient needs and are doing everything possible to fill every order as quickly as we can.

As always, we would like to give a special thanks to our customers and all of the healthcare providers that are making sure patients affected by COVID-19 are receiving the care they need. We are all in this together!
