RP13P13 Discontinuation
Dear Valued Customer,
This letter is to inform you of a discontinuation to a product you’ve previously purchased from Maxtec. All future orders of power supply R230P10 will now come with RP13P13 (pictured below) included. Therefore, we will no longer offer RP13P13 as a separate part number. With this change, customers no longer need to order the international adapter plugs (RP13P13) separately. Please note, the new adapters included with all future power supplies are not backwards compatible with prior versions.
This discontinuation will go into effect immediately, however we will continue to offer replacement parts to customers who require them for their previous models for 90 days or as supplies last. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
